We will engage in direct marketing using candidates' data only if We have obtained the candidates' consent, which includes an indication of no objection, for this specific purpose. We process the personal data We collect for the purposes as defined above, adhering to a specific timeframe in accordance with Our internal retention policy and the applicable laws of Hong Kong. This ensures that personal data is not retained longer than required.

We may share personal data with vendors who provide services on Our behalf, following Our instructions.
